JUST ENOUGH for The Journey - It is not dead, it's only asleep!

So many restless and sleepless nights we have had in our lives over family and over situations that we have given up on. We look at our circumstances and begin to weep and wail over them, we feel helpless and we mourn and hang our heads and oftentimes we feel as though our hope and dreams have died along with our relationships or we have a defeatist attitude because our situation appears lifeless, our ambitions seem dormant and our aspirations have faded to nothing. We simply assume that it is dead!

But I've come to share with you The Word of God, which is The Word of Truth, The Word of Promise and The Word of Love, Life, Joy, Peace and Hope. The Word let's us know:

·         Jesus is the way, the truth and the life
·         Jesus has been given all authority in heaven and on the earth
·         Jesus is the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth shall never die.

Have you come to Jesus, bringing to Him that thing that you feel or have believed is dead? If not, why not? Hear of a man, a ruler whose daughter died, yet he sought Jesus and asked Jesus to come into his home to lay His hands on a dead situation and watch what happened. The same is still true today. When we invite Jesus into our homes, into our lives and into our situations life is restored, relationships are healed, situations are rectified and favor is granted.

Don't give up, just look up!

While He spoke these things to them, behold, a ruler came and worshiped Him, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay Your hand on her and she will live.” So Jesus arose and followed him, and so did His disciples. When Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing, He said to them, “Make room, for the girl is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him. But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose. (Matthew 9:18-19, 23-25 NKJV)
