KNOCKED DOWN and KNOCKED OUT

Wednesday's Word: Jesus is "The Greatest of The Greatest" and JESUS IS LORD!!

The challenger named "Cancer" stepped into the Ring with an impressive record and touted that it was a Top Contender. However, when the fight started, it was crystal clear that the fight was already over as Jesus delivered the KNOCKOUT!! Jesus didn't have to throw a single punch or make an aggressive move...but just the mention of His Name, "Cancer" had to bow out, bow down and drop to its knee's in total submission and confess in the presence of all who thought that "Cancer" would be victorious, that JESUS IS LORD!

Some of us are in a fight of our life and at times we would want to throw in the towel. I'm here to share with you that "The Greatest of The Greatest" has already stepped into the Ring on your behalf, let Him take this fight...give it all to Him.

Cancer Has Received a T.K.O.!!

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:35, 37-39 NKJV)

Tuesday's Truth: You're Appointed and Anointed!

LIVE OUT LOUD TODAY SAINTS! It is an exciting and excellent time to be in The Kingdom of God. We must know that we have an assurance of life, love and salvation in Christ Jesus.

The Word of God assures us that we have been "Appointed" which means that the life to come has been predetermined, set in order, arranged by Divine Authority and fixed by agreement (covenant) instituted by God Himself to "Appoint" those who love Him to eternal life and salvation.

Oh and I didn't forget about this life that we are living right here and right now. Yes, He has placed an "Anointing" on your life which means that He Himself has consecrated you and God has dedicated you to live a life of service to Him and for Kingdom building. Oh yeah, while your doing the work of Kingdom building, the world must take heed to treat you justly as God's Word warns by saying "He permitted no one to do them wrong; Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes, Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.” (Psalms 105:14-15 NKJV)

Truth is, we need to LIVE OUT LOUD because WE KNOW that we've been APPOINTED "For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ" (I Thessalonians 5:9 NKJV) and we KNOW that we're ANOINTED!!

The FIRST STEP!

Monday's Meditation: Just Take the FIRST STEP!

In the book of the Prophet Haggai in Chapter 2, we hear Haggai speak the Words that came to him from The Lord. God was asking 2 questions of the priests (1) Is holiness contagious? Can holiness be transferred from one thing to another? The priests answered, "No". (2) Can uncleanness, the opposite of holiness, be contagious? Can someone who is ritually unclean contaminate things that are holy? "Yes", the priests answered.

God told the people that they knew that since the Temple had been destroyed and not rebuilt, that the Temple had become contaminated and so had the people. Therefore, because the people were defiled, then so would their sacrifice be defiled.

However, in verses 15, 18, 19b...three times the Prophet Haggai announced that "from this day forward" things would be different. You see, something changed, the people took the "First Step" and the foundation stone, the cornerstone of the Temple was laid and as part of the ceremony, the Temple was rededicated, cleansing it from defilement, making it a functional holy space again.

The last sentence in verse 19, The Lord says this, "FROM THIS DAY ON I WILL BLESS YOU."

Despite our sin in this life, God still responds favorably to our "First Step" in the right direction. Throughout the Bible we see people that when they looked beyond their own selfish concerns, God jumped at the chance to reestablish a relationship with His chosen people.

Think about this...God is and has always been ready to jump at the chance to reestablish relationship with you...we just need to take the FIRST STEP!

Our daughter Kaelyn and her friend Erika playing dress up and performing Taylor Swift's Twenty-Two (22) last night. Every female recording artist from Beyonce to Taylor Swift has been performed for my personal enjoyment by these two crazy girls! Nope, they are not shy!

ADVANTAGE!

Thankful Thursday: I'm thankful today for an ADVANTAGE!

That's right, I said it, ADVANTAGE! some will take this statement as arrogance or braggadocios, but those who are Saved by The Blood of Jesus know this same word as simply "Blessing". We who are in Christ are "Blessed" or put in a more secular term, ADVANTAGED! The scales are truly in our favor, let there be no doubt about it.

We have God the Father, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit. We have a promise; we have hope; we have joy; we have peace; we have healing; we have forgiveness; and we have an ADVANTAGE to know in advance our final destination... Heaven! God in all His work and love towards us doesn't tire or take breaks. He's at work even right now in awakening YOU to the gift of ADVANTAGE.

I'm thankful today for my ADVANTAGE (Blessing) and I'm thankful that you also can have an ADVANTAGE.

"Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord , The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, And to those  who  have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint." (Isaiah 40:28-31 NKJV)

Your Children are Safe and They Will Come Back to Where They Belong!

Aunt Mae, this I share with you today to encourage your spirit within you. You have been troubled for far too long over the lifestyle and salvation of your children. God promises and has declared that He knows of your work and that He will bring your children back from the enemy! Keep your eyes open because this is the time of The Lord's Favor to show forth in your life. You shall see this blessing while you are still in the land of the living!

Thus says the Lord : “A voice was heard in Ramah, Lamentation and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children, Refusing to be comforted for her children, Because they are no more.” Thus says the Lord : “Refrain your voice from weeping, And your eyes from tears; For your work shall be rewarded, says the Lord , And they shall come back from the land of the enemy. There is hope in your future, says the Lord , That your children shall come back to their own border. (Jeremiah 31:15-17 NKJV)

God has made you and I perfectly PERFECT! Get to life and living according to who you are and NOT to who someone else wants you to be. God created you ON PURPOSE and He loves you ON PURPOSE and has PURPOSED you just as you are...and THIS I KNOW FULL WELL!!!
